The distinctive feature of the curriculum design is to fully understand the advanced western modern management theory and practice, and to strive to be close to contemporary hot spots in China, in order to ensure that students can apply the knowledge that they learned into practice and management work in a timely and efficient manner. At the same time, management experts, business CEOs or government officials are invited to give special lectures regularly to share management practices and latest developments at home and abroad, and to broaden students’ ideas.

Requirements for degree awarding:: 1、Complete the required courses, pass the examination, and obtain the required credits; 2、Submit an original thesis about enterprise-based research of 30,000 characters and get approval

Asia Metropolitan University was formerly named Masterkill Education Group (MEGB), founded in 1997 and located in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. It is an outstanding integrated university in Asia.

As one of members of the British Commonwealth Education System, the curriculum system of Asia Metropolitan University has been synchronized with other countries, such as Britain, Australia and Canada, and it uses the British education system. In 2013, Lyndon, Chairman of The Association of Business Executives (ABE), gave a speech, Future Business Model and Development, at Asia Metropolitan University and awarded the title of “Premier University” to Asia Metropolitan University.

In 2013, the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, on behalf of the Chinese Government, officially signed the Mutual Recognition Agreement between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of Malaysia on Higher Education with the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia, in order to promote cooperation between China and Malaysia in the field of higher education and promote exchanges between students of the two countries. Since then, the excellent universities in Malaysia which are recommended have wholly entered the name list of foreign regulatory recommended schools of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, and Asia Metropolitan University is one of them.

The teaching centers are set up in cities such as Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing and Shanghai. At present, teachers all come from the top Asian business schools such as University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Tsinghua University and Fudan University. At present, cooperation agreements have been signed with Anhui University, Xi’an University of Science and Technology, Yunnan Normal University, Guangxi Medical University, L.N. Technical University, China University of Geosciences and other universities to jointly carry out MBA degree courses in mainland.
