Degree Limits

My Promotion

I work hard and always get recognition from my leaders and colleagues. I was promoted to Financial Manager in 24 but after 4 years, I still cannot move forward because the undergraduate degree or above is the lowest condition for promotion, but I only have a college degree. One of my colleagues, who is postgraduate student gets promotion to manager in only one year. I’m qualified enough for this job but the degree limits my way to promotion.

The Staff asked me why I choose MBA course. I replied that I do not want to be left behind due to the degree limitation. I consulted the MBA program of domestic university and bought a lot of books. However, I found that I cannot concentrate on the study. It is too difficult for me.

The National Entrance Examination for Postgraduate lasts for 12 months. It is too long. So I decide to choose the international MBA. One of my friends who is studying in Xuewe recommended me the program. I have learned a lot advanced management skills and made lots of excellent friends in this one and a half year. My way to deal with problems has also been optimized.

No pain, no gain

My boss intended to promote me to manager after he knew I got master’s degree. A headhunter recommended me to a investment company as professional manager and I choose this chance. I’m satisfied with my current job. I’m grateful to the Xuewe International Business Academy. I was improved here and be promoted in my company.
